  The receptionist was very nice and answered all our questions, had a good english and a nice smile. The room was large and clean, the breakfast was ok. There was an underground parking, so, if it's not very crowded (as it is pretty small - around 15 cars) it is relaxing to not warry about your car. - The staff is really nice, speak English and a... cosa dice la gente » re very helpful. The terrace is great + they have a swimming pool (although it didn't have any water now), fitness room and games basement. It's walking distance to the city center, in a quiet area near a market.

  This hotel is located very close to Tsarevets Fortress. We very much enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious (we had half board included in our booking), the rooms were very clean, the stuff was very friendly. We felt like we were in a big family.
