  I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped.   This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik.   Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. The hotel Selena worked just fine for us. The accommodations were just so-so but they were what we expected for the price. Everything was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.   Very clean, quiet, big rooms. The pool area is very nice and you feel like you're in a mountain resort surrounded by forests. Located very close to the gardens of romanian queen Maria . - the food, the price for itand the kindness of the personnel were very satisfying.

Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.
