The hotel is close to the beach. It is situated in a quiet area, far from the noisy Sunny Beach center. There is an exchange office in the lobby. A big plus is that it has a free private parking.

The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

Very friendly staff, stunning location and view, the food was good, clean and warm swimming pools, entertainment for young children, overall relaxing holiday! Definitely would recommend and we will go again next year. -

Private beach is great always available places and very quiet.
Staff from bar and restaurant are very friendly and to do the best to please every customer.

The room design is very interesting and different. -
We are a family with two older children. It was our second great summer vacation at Dune - an amazing location, very close to the sea, extremely polite staff, cozy rooms, select restaurant with delicious meals, private, uncrowded beach and the fabulous feeling of caring for happiness of each customer! Next summer we will certainly be back at Dune!
