I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

this hotel was open six weeks when we stayed in 2006 and was in great shape,even the boss was very friendly.we had a wonderful time there and spent many a night till dawn having a ber and watching the sun come up nothing was to much for the staff and the rooms were kept spotless when we went down the beach,,would like to go there again.and probably

We arrived in 7:00 am! They met us friendly and Settled in perfect 3 flours number 59a, with a beautiful view on sea! The room was clean and better then on pictures! We had a clean pool, free chairs near it. The employees was very friendly, always asked us if we want something to drink or it :)

Great value, right on the beach and with a very nice pool area with bar
service. The hotel was right next to the pedestrian street with many
restaurants, bars, etc. 5 minute walk to the main street where bus
service is regular. Food stores within close vicinity. Staff was very
helpful, polite, accommodating. The room was clean and had a small
kitchen and living room. The air conditioning was very strong and cooled
the room down quickly. Wi-fi in pool/beach/lobbies.

Very clean room (studio in our case), quiet hotel territory. Balcony, air conditioning, clean bathroom. All tools necessary for cooking. Very good quality for the money we paid. The hotel is located 15 minutes walking from the Sunny Beach center and 15-20 min walking from the beach - was an advantage for us, looking for something quiet.

Supermarket - The apartment is perfetto.nuovo, well equipped, excellent cleaning and any other comfort. Swimming pool, tennis court, football all round. It 'just a ten minute walk from the center. Economical and perfect for a trip with friends
L'appartamento è perfetto.nuovo, ben attrezzato, pulizia eccellente e qualsiasi altro confort. Piscina, campo da tennis, da calcio completano il tutto. E' a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Economico e perfetto per un viaggio con amici
