  Really a great place to stay. We had a very nice welcome by the owner. The location is perfect, just a few minutes to the city center. We even had a parking space inside of premises of the property. Everything was in order, wi-fi, tv, shower etc.The Guest Rooms are very good and comfortable. The owner is a very friendly man and made us feel very welcome during our stay. - The owner was very friendly and full of advise on places to eat and gave us good directions. He also helped me with my bags when we arrived and when we left as you had to take them up a steep staircase. Coffee was available every morning at 8am. The guesthouse was very close to all the main attractions of Plovdiv, within walking distance. The rooms were very clean.

  We got a room far too good for what we paid for: the guest house is an apartment to be shared between up to three groups, and for our few nights we had the place to ourselves. I don't think the odds for that happening are too bad, either.
