I chose the room with patio upon suggestion of other visitors: definitely nice and cozy. Good design new hotel. Very close to the center, 3 min by car. Plovdiv is a candidate for 2019 European Capital of Culture, and it is already very well prepared for this. Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George). The bed is very very comfortable. -

Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff.
Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies)
Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower.
Bathrobes and slippers provided.
Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport.
The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant.
Would highly recommend.

The room was fine - not especially elegant, but with all the modern conveniences which make for a comfortable stay. By far the most striking feature of the hotel was the superb service at reception. From the manager downwards the staff gave the impression of being part of a motivated team which genuinely cared about the well-being of its guests.

Small comfortable, Well appointed, clean & quiet hotel, located right in the heart of Plovdiv, with everything on the doorstep. Taxi from the airport was under £5, and we saw all the sights on foot from the Hotel.

Nice hotel, small, but if you take the studio with kitchenette the room is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out, with a great shower and the only let down is the toilet seat moves, but everything is clean.

The Hotel is close to the center, very easy to walk to the main street.
The room was very clean, and the bed confortable.
The breakfast was satisfaying, sweet & salty for everyone. There is a paying parking close to the hotel, just ask the guy at the hotel, he will give you a card to put in the car in order not to pay.
