In one word I liked "EVERYTHING...!" Anne and Filip were
fabulous hosts, going above and beyond their duty to make us feel
welcome and relaxed. The layout of the B&B, the fantastic rural
views, the small pond, the bridge, the doves, geese, black swans were
like out of a romantic film. I liked being our of the town and in the
country more so this was a fantastic location. Our room was nicely

We stayed at the Townhouse for 3 nights and had a great time. This is
one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at so far. The room (Blueberry
Suite – The Attic Room) was immaculate, comfortable and very spacious.

At check in, Jason supplied us with map and information for our walking
tour of Bruges. Most importantly, he guided us to a great restaurant,
Christophe, were we had a local dish. Outstanding. The room was up a lot
of stairs but Jason helped us with our bags and we were treated to a
great view and very clean and spacious room. Important for us: the bed
is very comfortable! Everything seemed to be new. Breakfast was
outstanding. Each dish was special starting with marscapone and fruit

I was visiting with a friend & my son & stayed in the suite
which was ideal with two rooms. The purpose of our trip was to visit the
ww1 sites & the holel was in a lovely situation overlooking the town
square with many other bars & restuarants available to relax after
our visits. Hotel spotless & friendly well situated for the bus stop
& train station with late trains from Eiper. The food served in the
restuarnt was superb as was the service. Would certainly return.

The greeting we received when we arrived was very welcoming - this 'set the scene' for our experience of the hotel. We had hired a car for our exploration of the area, so were very glad that there was plenty of parking space. The room was spacious and very clean. It was a very easy walk to Menin Gate and to the town itself! We have been traveling around Europe for a month & stayed in many hotels - the Hotel Ariane was one of the best. Roger and Muriel welcomed us warmly into their home. We had a spacious room with a large comfy bed,a balcony and aircon. The cooked breakfast set you up for the day, the continental offered you so much choice. It was so interesting to meet others of various nationalities around the table at breakfast. Don't miss Roger's Battlefields trip..it was worth every penny. Free parking outside and a 5 minute walk to the centre. A little gem!
