  Very helpful, very friendly the room was large and clean the location was excellent for walking/shopping/exploring further afield and only a short drive to the port of Dunkirk.   The apartment was excellent and well equipped the landlord was so helpful and polite, the location was minutes from the beach, shops and tram network. - Good standard of accommodation, very helpful staff (nothing was of any trouble) and well situated for our purpose (cycling in and around the region).

  This hotel and the proprietor are both absolutely charming. Carinne made us feel as though we were being welcomed into her own home. On arrival she gave us coffee and biscuits and a very helpful explanation of what Ieper had to offer. Our room was private, very quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast which Carinne provides is extensive and includes homebaked bread and pate and a selection of cooke - I can not think of anything we didn't like. Carine , one of the owners is simply a very lovely person. She made us tea as soon as we arrived and spent ages chatting with her. Her chocolate cakes were delicious. Then she showed us to our room - the 'wild' one. I had seen the photos of it on the web site but they didn't do it justice. As soon as Carine left, having shown us how to work everything, we were straight into the bath!!. The snacks and the free mini bar were very welcome. The breakfast
