The location is perfect as it is right next to the canal with the Church of Our Lady right across from the canal. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included is brill - Charming, exquisite building and interior decor, full of character. Set in an attractive, quiet location which is central to everything we wanted to do in Bruges. Our room shared that same romantic feel as the rest of the building and contained everything we needed + more. Breakfast was a delightful experience in itself - well presented, fresh, high quality foods with an amazing window view while we ate.   Very helpful, very friendly the room was large and clean the location was excellent for walking/shopping/exploring further afield and only a short drive to the port of Dunkirk. The architecture is fabulous and is a privilege to see and stay in this beautiful building. This is a little gem of a hotel that deserves more than the three stars it currently has; it is at least a three-plus if not a four star standard.   Perfect is how I would describe the Yoake .My husband and I spend our holidays travelling around Europe on our motorbike staying at hotels and b and b,s and I can honestly say it is the only place so far that we have given 10 out of 10.
