  Very friendly staff. The room is nice, but very small (for three people), a kettle, a comfortable bed. White walls and furniture from IKEA. Everything is new. Breakfast is very simple.   As business travellers the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was a continental which was good. The staff were very friendly and the price is a lot cheaper than the hotels closer to Brussels Central - Our host Linda was excellent & the facilities first class. Also good to stay outside Leuven but have easy 5-10 minute access
