Very friendly staff. The room is nice, but very small (for three people), a kettle, a comfortable bed. White walls and furniture from IKEA. Everything is new.
Breakfast is very simple.
The hotel is convenient for an overnight stay.

much better than expected.
nothing.
Not cheap for a B&B, however good price compared to hotels in the neighbourhood. A bit further away from the city centre.
A bit pricey.
Steep staircases. I almost fell.
