Gym, nice size bed and bedroom, quick and easy checkin, shops directly across the road, great restaurant!
room was clean and comfortable. staff were very helpful. only thing was smell of the room, i felt like i was in a car and felt bit sick. so I had to open the window a while to refresh the room air.
It was very modern and yet had a homely feeling. The staff were friendly and the location was brilliant for a big weekend on the town.
The staff were most helpful and could not do enough for me. The apartment was fully self-contained and well appointed. I would like to come back with my family. Great location near the Woolworths supermarket and wine outlet as well as being close to Riverside and top class restaurants.
The rooms were a bit small but that was to fit everything in, no doubt.
Great views, comfortable size lounge room space, was a bonus having additional kitchen crockery like pans etc
Not much in the way of food options nearby other than walking all the way back into CBD

Paid for a river view which turned out to be a tiny view of the river. Car park was difficult to find a park in as many seem to be reserved.

Wasn't keen on the pillows. I like softer pillows then we got, but if that's the only negative not bad.

I met my adult daughter there for a catch up weekend. The view was lovely and staff helpful. The little kitchenette was useful.It was handy to everywhere we wanted to go. Very good value especially as I got mine from letsbookhotel.com.
I'm not used to paying for parking. I think it should be included.

Housekeeping needed to be efficient, bathroom not as clean as I would have liked, tooth paste on tap, mould around shower and bath, cabinet not wiped down.

The large room with a great view. The proximity of the city and river walks.
The car park was difficult to navigate - very tight corners and small spaces.
Overall the location was ideal as close to CBD, trains and public transport. Well served by local supermarket and Hotel Orient close by for nice meals and cold drink.
inability to order room service alcohol with out getting full meals as well. Restaurant had nice food, but really need to have better room service availability considering the market the property is targeting.

Loved having a bath in the room. Also it was convenient having a toaster, microwave and cutlery etc. TV was good. We didn't use the washing machine but it was good knowing it was there if we needed it. Full length mirror was handy too.
I didn't like that the bed was two beds pushed together, it made it uncomfortable and couldn't lay or sit in the middle.
We were very happy with our stay and would come again.
Location as we have never stayed over that side of Brisbane before.
Rooms are a bit tired looking.

Lack of pressure in the shower over bath. Garbage shute noise very frightening ..thought something had smashed in room or outside

No parking and no prior warning spoilt it as i have stayed in lots of Mantra Accomo and been happy but this really spoiled it for us. Only one face washer for two people i don't get that.
Close to the part of Brisbane that we were going to. Decent size and additional facilities.
Entrance tucked round a corner (not in Queen Street). Bathroom was a slightly odd shape and this resulted in minimal shelf space around the sink. Had to keep toiletries in kitchen area.

The cockroach in the bath and the smell I the bathroom when we arrived. Smelled like sewerage.

Check in was great, the staff member was personable and very helpful.
I felt like a number as I checked out, staff interpersonal skills were poor, I was not offered any receipt and was told 'everything's fine' with no reference to what 'everything' is. A receipt would have been good so that I have written information and so that we can agree (or not??) on what 'everything' is. A little smile and positive regard shown by the check out staff might have encouraged me to return!
