  The view over the square was great. The receptionist had great English, it made it easy as our Spanish is limited. - We liked best the location, the lobby, the room size and the staff attention, but everything was very good.

  Terrace was lovely; Staff was effective and friendly; "Superior" room was luxurious; I think there could be beverages (tea, coffee, wine) or snacks available in the lobby at certain times of day - lobby and wine bar are pretty but guests didn't spend time there - perhaps a "happy hour" where wine prices are reduced in order to get a more social... cosa dice la gente » feel - It's just a stunning hotel. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Not over done and tacky-- just really well designed. Also, the staff was very helpful. One even stayed on the phone with LAN for a long time to change a flight for me.
