  Terrace was lovely; Staff was effective and friendly; "Superior" room was luxurious; I think there could be beverages (tea, coffee, wine) or snacks available in the lobby at certain times of day - lobby and wine bar are pretty but guests didn't spend time there - perhaps a "happy hour" where wine prices are reduced in order to get a more social... cosa dice la gente » feel - It's just a stunning hotel. One even stayed on the phone with LAN for a long time to change a flight for me.
