The staff were very nice! Beds were very comfy! We rented two rooms and both were kept clean. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Much more than anyone would ever expect for free!
We went to shop on Black Friday and it was a good location for all the stores

Convenient to the Casino with shuttle service. Nice carpets, nice room. I like that the breakfast buffet was open until 10:30 am. Pool / hot tub.
Fridge in room did not keep things very cold. Pool / hot tub closed a Midnight; since we arrived rather late we would have liked to enjoy it a little longer.

The night attendant was the best I have dealt with ever, friendly knowlegable of the hotel and it's surroundings and very helpful with providing directions to various food restaraunts in the area. Thank you and your staff enjoyed the stay 5 starts.
The breakfast provided was ok with sweets and cereals but the eggs and sausages were the worst I have ever had yuck

The check in was extremely easy and quick! The pool and hot tub are open late for adults which is great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! The value was amazing and it was super close to Dover Downs which is why we were in Delaware.
The bed pillows were a bit small, they could use bigger pillows.

Refrigerator on room was very noisy. We were in a room on the side of the building where large outside AC units were very noisy so we did not sleep well.

Breakfast was great. Attendant was not pleasant. Peaches at registration was very nice and pleasant.
Promised to switch us to accessible room the next day (all I needed was a grab bar by the shower) and then refused to (by a different person behind desk when we requested it the next day) because we had booked online. Said if we wanted to make a change we would have to "go outside" and it do it online. Housekeeping was poor. Found toilet used and seat up when we returned after cleaning. Also beer caps on floor by bed and general sloppy housekeeping.

After travel for about 2 hour tried to use the rest room but a homeless was sleeping in the bathroom. Also on my last nite some one banging my door around 3:40 am call front desk telling me nobody at my door.
