Very attractive, walk-to location from airport. It was completely quiet, a gem for tired travelers looking for a bit of respite from hustle and bustle of noisy travel. -

The manager's cocktail reception and cooked to order breakfast become gathering places where guest meet other guests. We had a fascinating time meeting people who were attending a convention at the hotel. -
We will be in Philadelphia in May for another event and plan to stay at Embassy Suites then.

I was quite concerned after reading the mixed reviews, however there was
an event that took 8500 rooms in Philly with many hotels sold out and
choices were extremely limited. Microtel is a great choice if you just
want a clean bed and bathroom and easy train access into Philly. It was
once stop from UPenn / University City, where my daughter was

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I was with some picky friends who immediately tore both beds apart looking for bugs or soiled sheets. None found! We stayed for 3 nights, and were happy to be there. We'd stay again.

The receptionist was lovely. I think her name was Jessica. She was very
friendly. The other guy working was also very friendly. I am not sure of
his title but he brought us the roll away bed. Even the breakfast ladies
were kind and they were very busy. So, great staff when we stayed! Rooms

Helpful staff, great shuttle to/from airport, local train station and restaurant.. so nice to have a spread of food for the runners at 3:30 am on race day... a great stay :) Having access to printing boarding passes was great! -

The staff was very friendly and very helpful especially after the first
suttle didn't arrive and I had to call for a second one. The shuttle
driver refused a tip because they were late in picking me up, he also
put together a small lunch sack for me so I would have something to eat.

I like the breakfast. Lemon could have been provided for the tea drinkers. Tea selection was good, my favorite was there, green tea with pomegranite ? .The ladies who worked the breakfast room were excellent, accommodating special requests if possible. Darryl, at the front desk, was excellent and helpful in many ways.

Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help! Would definitely recommend! -

The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home. So staying at the renaissance was great for a good nights sleep the bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.and clean We had late snack when we arrived and enjoyed the breakfast the next morning

Staff was extremely friendly. Our children enjoyed the pool. Clean and sufficient for our one night stay in the Philadelphia area.
