  Julie contacted us prior to our arrival to make sure she would be in as this is a family run business and she's not in all the time before the official check-in time of 3pm. We expected to be arriving at around 1pm and contacted her 10 minutes prior to our arrival. Please note, you have to prebook this permit with Julie directly via email or phone once the room/rooms have been booked - We loved the very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Furnishings and decoration were of a very high standard. Everything was spotlessly clean. Having a fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities, was very welcome. Great value for money. No breakfast was not a problem, as there are plenty of eating places on the doorstep.We love the area and visit Weymouth regularly.From now on this will be our first choice for accomodation.

  The room was stunning - we had the sea view room with the canopy bed - very warm, romantic and peaceful. I enjoy staying at this type of venue as there are always some great locals to talk to. Two well kept real ales. Just a short walk from the town centre along the quay. There was a folk night on in the pub when I stayed which was a bonus. I just need an excuse to come back to Weymouth now! Thanks ladies. Graham.
