On the beach and long flat promenade walk in both directions.
The owners are welcoming, friendly, eager to oblige and the breakfasts are cooked fresh, individually served and well presented even for my gluten free requirements.
It was also great to have a parking facility at the premises.

Really close to Weymouth train station and local buses, and just across the road from the glorious beach.
Lesley and Clive were fantastic hosts.
Our room was to the back of the hotel, and was really quite. It was lovely and clean, and we loved the decor. The homemade cake by their son-in-law was beautiful.

The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. She kindly recommended the pub down theroad but unfortunately they had staffing issues and we waited two hours to eat! Possibly a one off though.

Southville Guest house. A quaint little B&B ran by Tim & Becky
who live in house with their 2 small children. Beds were very
comfortable, piping hot shower, very clean, great location and great

Very pleasant stay here, the food is excellent, although the menu was set you could have it anyway you wanted so very helpful and the staff are all very friendly. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need. Fantastic location too. Everything is so well run and the owners are really lovely and helpful. -

Everyone was very friendly and went the extra mile for us. For example we had to leave at 6.30 am for the ferry and they kindly let us have the makings of breakfast in our room so we could eat before we left. Then on the way back we were late arriving but they had put on the lights and heating, it made us feel vey welcome. The wet room and disabil

We liked everything about the Lugger inn; the welcome the food the rooms were excellent.and the live band on Saturday night were fantastic we really enjoyed our stay and we plan other trips to the luggerin the future.

Good location near the town and beach.
Stayed 3 nights and although in a residential area it was quiet every night.
Good breakfast and extra's e.g. cereals, yoghurts, fruit and offered as much toast as we wanted.
The owner was lovely and had a good balance of being helpful, without being overpowering.

Would recommend this as a good place to stay. -
The best thing about Philbeach Hotel was it felt like being at home. The deocr was not dated it was very modern without it being stuffy which is a big bonus when staying at a hotel, you want to feel comfortable and able to relax it did just that. The breakfast is made on request and was very nice, i had two young children with me and they were both accomodated for which is rare. Very satisfied cusomer.

The location is great, right on the sea front with all amenities close by. Transport for various destinations close by. Boat trips available. Very clean beach, good quality of water, great for children. Fish and chips to die for. Hotel lovely, Great breakfast, room comfortable, Large bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Huge antique emporium just opened by the harbour and all the shops you need and more. Great place for a break.
