the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

... ce que les gens disent » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

The hotel is set in a very good location near the sea. It has character of the old seaside town hotel, complete with tartan style carpet! Some lovely garden with tropical plants including a eucalyptus tree. I found the manager on call, Alex, very helpful when I needed change of mattress. stayed for 2 nights with a party of 7. and when we arrived we we`re greeted by a very nice chap at the reception and given the keys to the rooms to relax.and basically from that moment on the 2 nights was excellent and all the staff smiled and nothing was too much trouble.the 5 course meal was fab,the beds comfortable & breakfast ample.all in all a lovely weekend had by all

I loved the opulent atmosphere and high quality attention to detail especially in the restaurant. I loved the gardens , the swimming pool the friendliness and exceptional efficiency of the porters who in my experience went out of the way to take care of my comfort and sleep !!

The rather grand and very traditional style, especially of the spacious dining and reception areas on the ground floor. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Very good Full English breakfasts. Helpful staff. Good location, facing the sea, on the western edge of central area but easy walking distance to the harbour and town. Ample car parking space.
