Located in the University of Nottingham, Park campus. Surrounded by beautiful gardens to take long walks, and very close to the buildings of the University. If you want to get to this hotel from the Broadmarsh Bus Station, take route i4 on bay 4 and get off at the Wollaton Gates bus stop. There's a tiny path that will lead you to the University Sports Centre and then to the Orchard Hotel. Great options for breakfast and nic

  Lovely spacious room with big fluffy towels. Very nice, friendly couple. Pretty village and quiet location. Good access to Lincoln & Nottingham but away from the bustle. The limited parking on the drive wasn't a problem as there was plenty of spacious at the front and side of the house to park. - The whole experience was a pleasure.   Lovely hotel, a little bit frayed around the edges but this only adds to its charm. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and accommodating. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. Mattress comfortable. We requested a room in quiet part of the hotel. This request was met and we slept soundly. It was gorgeously warm on the patio for 'pimms o cl... ce que les gens disent » ock'. Food at lunch was good and buffet breakfast good. Though we have stayed in the past and had the luxury of a served breakfast - please bring t - Good location, just a short walk into the city where we found a great choice of pubs for food and drink. The hotel was very comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Bar prices were reasonable for a hotel and breakfast was very good.We even got to gate crash the Christmas party that was on on the Friday night and was made to feel quite welcome. Would stay here again.

  We had a very pleasant stay with a lovely country walk from the house, no traffic noise at all and comfortable room with good facilities.
