  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  Everything, the very, very nice and polite staff. - Staff were excellent, food was lovely in the bar. Room was spotless and bed was really confortable.

  This hotel is like my view of an old hotel should be steeped in history and splendour. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect.   Chambre - The rooms were nice and warm and very clean the room had a safe which was useful to keep and valuables room service was very prompt.
