  I was a little anxious when booking this that it would be dirty and cold, but it turned out to be clean and cosy. The staff at the pub were friendly and helpful, and the accommodation itself was better than expected. The room was not big (we had 2 bunk beds for 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 9 - if there had been a third we would not have got ... ce que les gens disent » through the door) but it was clean and the heater was more than adequate to keep the space warm. The kitchen was well-equipped, including cutlery and - £10 a bed you can't go wrong.only about 4 miles away from Keswick town. Great location backs onto a great hiking track. Took my 8year old daughter and doggy, had a great time.bunkhouses are like stables, first door is bedrooms then next is kitchen and next bathroom. Food nice at pub too. No keys just door codes.
