  The staff were very helpful at all times and very nice pleasant people to be in the company of over Christmas. The room was lovely and very clean, and beautifully decorated. On arrival we had chocolates and a small gift as we were shown our room, which was a special touch for us both. The breakfast was perfect, and just the right size too. The breakfast was really nice and the views from the rooms was brilliant! I would recommend the Cranleigh to everyone and I'm looking to book stay for my Mum for Mothers Day!

  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful. The bar was cosy and the food good and big portions! The room was warm and comfortable. - I couldn't fault anything & the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food they serve was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

  My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights and were treated like family. Advice about places to go was plentiful and maps and brochures appeared out of nowhere.....we would definitely recommend staying here...it's a home from home. The full breakfast is huge and enough to feed 3 hungry people - I put 2 pounds on in 3 days!!!
