Judy and chris were so friendly they made us feel completely at home. The room was fantastic, bed really comfy and all the comforts anyone would need. The house was beautiful with loads of character. Breakfast was brilliant so tasty and so much choice. Our stay was fab couldn't fault it. -

Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. Even our teens enjoyed it here, the modern living room has Wii and Xbox , its all just very well thought out. We will be booking again. The rooms with sea views are worth a s

Spectacularly clean. High end quality finish with attention to detail. Considerate owners who obviously desire to please. Opulent and relaxing at the same time. Beautiful biscuits/beverages with mini fridge. Fresh milk - perfect. Flowers created a true sense of countryside - Breakfast was an absolute treat with attention to quality and detail. We could not have hoped for a better stay and it flavoured our holiday with nothing but serenity and happiness.

If you want a formal 4/5 star environment, don't come to Lower Barn! It is informal, very friendly, eclectic in design and appearance - you could say "quirky" - and that isn't pejorative. When we arived, everybody was so nice. (and the stayed nice all the time!) Our chamber was like a little house and we had a tv with some nice dvd's, so we could watch a movie (or two). The colors in the room were fantastic! Every little thing was designed and it was beautiful. We had dinner at the bed and breakfast. That was amazing! There was also an hot tub. lovely!

The guest house was situated in the beautiful fishing village of Mevagissey. Our rooms were immaculately clean, well decorated and spacious and my mother's room had a lovely view of the village. wow the lewinnick lodge is amazing, everything about our stay was fantastic, we stayed for two nights in the sunrise room. huge room with views over fistral beach, room spotless and the king size bed was very comfortable, bose I-pod dock, walk n shower and roll top bath by the window, breakfast included and was very good, we had dinner on both nights and was also excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, fresh milk delivered to our room for tea and coffee if you want good food, great
