  2** rating... not really.. like all the other reviews it was more like an easy 3***. The food was well...... simply excellent, and while i was sitting in the lounge enjoying my point looking through a huge glass window at the sea, the view was stunning.....A perfect relaxing evening to an otherwise busy day....3*** ... yes.... 3*** service at ... ce que les gens disent » 2** prices.. well pleased.....   beautiful location. very friendly staff, clean and bright room, fantastic home cooked food at reasonable prices, made to feel welcome, the cooked breakfast was superb!! as was our evening meals hotel proprietors couldnt of been nicer!! will definetly be going back there . also we found the hotel reasonably priced. thank you very much. chris and pa... ce que les gens disent » t - Everyone so cheery and helpful.   We were welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits after a long journey down from London. We loved the 'honour' bar system in the evening. The breakfast was delicious - all home made or local food. Beautiful view across the valley. The room was great - clean and very comfortable. The place was very quiet at night. They run a great place and have an eye for little details that made our stay great (thanks guys!). We woul - Individual service and friendliness of owners, Very welcoming ,comfortable rooms and cosy guest sitting rooms. Breakfast excellent, local produce and home made bread & conserves. Had one evening meal which was delicious, again cooked using local produce .

  The B&B was very clean and quiet. The water feature outside my room was switched off at night so it didn't disturb my sleep and I could sleep with the window open. Breakfast looked to have lovely fresh fruit, cereal and cooked. Wish I could have had some. I would stay again and hope to do so in the not too distant future.   Chris and Sally were the perfect hosts, they are an extremely lovely couple. Our stay was made very comfortable, our room was cleaned daily and the breakfasts were second to none, the circular breakfast table encouraged all the residents to chat and get to know each other and exchange their views on places to visit and eat. Chris in particular ... ce que les gens disent » had a good knowledge of Newquay and advised us of places to eat and see, particularly the park and ride facility which allowed us to enjoy superb view - In a good position near to the beach. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very homely. Chris & Sally were great host who made you feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and sharing the breakfast table with the other guest was enjoyable this allowed you to get to know them and share knowledge and experience of Newquay and surrounding areas. We would highly recommend Cormorant House.
