  We enjoyed our stay it was very good value for money,our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for directions. - I chose the hotel as it was close to my business destination. It was a comfortable environment for a lone traveller to have a meal and relax or catch up with business.

  Very good value for money. Lovely flowers and chocs in room on arrival, food was excellent (our compliments to the chef and staff) and a lovely location. A déconseillercependant à... ce que les gens disent » ceux qui recherchent une atmosphère "cosy" - I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar upstairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  The staff where friendly, the room was a good size and very clean, the night porter is one of the best I have ever met (coming from someone who has stayed all over the world on a regular basis) his manner and service was second to non. The breakfast staff deserve praise for their demeanour and unobtrusive attentive service.   Hugh and Janet where wonderful host's and made us feel very welcome. The room was big and beautifully furnished with wonderful views. The food was sublime and the whole experience was brilliant.
