The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of food on offer for breakfast. The swimming pool looked welcoming and the web cam on the birdtable at breakfast time was a brilliant touch.

Attention to detail. Lots of nice touches that make up the lovingly prepared rooms.
Excellent service. When told about my girlfriend's cat allergy they made a great effort to ensure all communal areas were well hoovered. Also was nice to see tasty alternative to a full english (smoked salmon and egg) -

Friendliness of holders. They made me feel at home. It was a business trip but I had a day off. They suggested me how to spend a day and thanks to their suggestione I had teh opportunity visit remarkable places. That is a point on the worlwide map where I want to go back.

St. Hilary Guest House was by far the cleanest, friendliest accommodation my wife and i have stayed in, and over the years we have stayed in many Hotels and Guest Houses in Llandudno. Mum & son running the hotel with great pride as reflected in the upkeep of things in the hotel. We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom.
Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day.
A sitting room with DVDs to choose from.
Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo.
Absolutely perfect!

Richard and Paola gave us a very warm welcome. The place was spotlessly clean. Enormous breakfast pack left for us in our bedroom. wonderful views. My wife and i stayed here because we were invited to a wedding at plas Hafod hotel only a few miles away. Would absolutely be going there again and i will not hesitate to recommend Glan Llyn to anybody

If you ignore the refurbishment of outbuildings which if the design of the interior of the main house is considered holds well for future guests, the welcome and luxury of this guest house is worth it. The use of the word "Guest House" on their entrance board sums it up. We liked the interior design, and the modern although quite small en suite.
The view of horses and lama icing on cake. The Plough Inn is worth a visit for food.

Ann and Steve were excellent and friendly hosts, always eager to help with advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, light, simple and very comfortable. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.
