We received a pleasant welcome.The staff were obviously a team and were
fabulous....every single member of that team impressed us. We were
allowed to take a dog and were not banished to a room akin to a kennel
as has happened in other hotels! The location was not on a noisy road
with views over the mountains and the widows actually opened so that

Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel!
2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again.
Dog friendly hotel which is a big plus for us as our dog was with us again.

A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. Overall a lovely house with excellent facilities and in the most wonderful, quiet location. Unusual to find there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or a TV but this did not detract f

Beautiful setting and gorgeous old building, very friendly welcome and
nice room. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and
it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and
everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda
good hearty breakfast, I would recommend Bendarroch House to anyone

We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house and the owner was very helpful. It was immaculate and the food was very good. There was a lovely view from the front window.

This Guesthouse was fantastic. Lovely guy who runs the place couldn't do enough for everyone. Great to talk to if you need advice about what to see and do nearby! Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower and tea and coffee making facilities- exactly what we needed. Very spacious place with lots of different public areas meant we could wander about and not feel like we were creeping around someones house! We received a lovely warm welcome by Alf and our room was absolutely gorgeous - very fresh and airy and spacious and with gorgeous views over the River Tay from our bedroom window. I loved the nice welcome we received from Lucy and Debbie they made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was spacious it also had a super shower. The hotel is well situated for a short stroll into the town. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, but the full Scottish is superb. -

The breakfast was the best i have we have ever had when on holiday, and as we are in our late 60's and have travelled a lot, I think this speaks for itself. Quality, quality and more quality with everything.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our 18 day tour of Scotland. Richard the owner is such a lovely guy and made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived. The range of serious reading books in the lounge on the local area was very helpful in planning trips. Loved the view from the room. The four post bed was fun! The Port in the evening was a nice touch and long may this tradition continue. I Loved the whole feel of the place and had a really relaxing time in the area. We stayed for three nights over the Highland Games and would be happy to return again.

This is a great place to stay. Only small inside but it has everything you need and more, a lovely, charming stone building with nice garden, views and is in a great location. We stayed for a few days in November so the price we payed was very good for what we got.
