Our visit to this beautiful village of Pitlochry was actually made better by Pedro(The owner of Atholl Villa). A very personalised service, 5star rooms, a huge bathroom( which is a rarity in Scotland otherwise) , delicious breakfast made our stay at this place a truly mesmerising experience.

It was all lovely! A very warm welcome from the owners who obviously take pride in their guest house and offer their guests everything needed. The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, bright and airy, and everywhere was completely spotless. A guest lounge is available abc we were even offered tea and coffee at no charge one afternoon when we were sitting in there deciding where to go first in Pitlochry. The Old Mill offered a very warm welcome, immediate help with the free onsite parking and info on the facilities. Everything. This is a classy, charming and yet funky place!
beautifully decorated, very clean, and every staff member was kind and helpful and cheerful.
We were impressed with the breakfast room and beautifully laid out buffet. Hot a La carte dishes came swiftly, you could see through to the kitchen where the cook deftly juggled the pots and pans.
Our room was fabulous, refurbished to a modern high standard, with a stand-out bathroom/ shower (a rarity in the UK in our experience).

This is a great place to stay. Only small inside but it has everything you need and more, a lovely, charming stone building with nice garden, views and is in a great location. We stayed for a few days in November so the price we payed was very good for what we got.

My sister and I had a wonderful room which was very large and overlooked the River Tey. The sound puts you right to sleep. Restaurant was great - good food and good value. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Area is very beautiful. Our visit was in August 2013. -

The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. The breakfast service was very good and also very tasty. The location in the village was excellent with safe off street parking. We were on motorcycles and douglas the owner greeted us with pieces of wood to put under our sidestands.. a nice touch. Some nice recommendations on eating and touring as well.

The Pitlochry Dundarach is a beautiful hotel in a picturesque setting with a friendly, helpful staff, great location and clean, quiet rooms. I wish we had time to stay longer. It is within walking distance to the main street downtown and two distilleries. I'd highly recommend this hotel. -

allowed to take a dog and were not banished to a room akin to a kennel

Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel!
2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again.
Dog friendly hotel which is a big plus for us as our dog was with us again.
