  I warmed to the whole ambience of the hotel - from the attractive reception area to the welcome retreat of a clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. I wasn't hassled by staff but they were there to help if needed - pleasant too. The garden views were attractive. I have stayed at the Hallmark twice to visit family in the area... ce que les gens disent » , and would happily choose to do so again. - Beautiful hotel, majority of staff extremely friendly (apart from one grumpy person!). Lovely facilities & extremely clean with excellent tea tray (everyone needs a decent cuppa!). Bathroom perfect & beautiful views over the Humber bridge. Very well priced for a luxury break and definitely a recommended wedding venue.

  I had a room on the first floor & although the hotel was busy , it was quiet & peaceful-no noise from next door rooms or doors banging etc. The staff are exceptionally friendly.   Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Loved the parrots and the lovely scenery overlooking the lakes and wildlife. Reception area light and bright.
