  I warmed to the whole ambience of the hotel - from the attractive reception area to the welcome retreat of a clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. I wasn't hassled by staff but they were there to help if needed - pleasant too. The garden views were attractive. I have stayed at the Hallmark twice to visit family in the area... was die leute sagen » , and would happily choose to do so again. - Beautiful hotel, majority of staff extremely friendly (apart from one grumpy person!). Lovely facilities & extremely clean with excellent tea tray (everyone needs a decent cuppa!). Bathroom perfect & beautiful views over the Humber bridge. Very well priced for a luxury break and definitely a recommended wedding venue.

  I had a room on the first floor & although the hotel was busy , it was quiet & peaceful-no noise from next door rooms or doors banging etc. The staff are exceptionally friendly.
