  The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! - Everything was pristine, service excellent, food good and plentiful.   Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall, this place has an up-to-date Aircon unit which was perfect, the shower r... ce que les gens disent » oom has a huge cubical space which is perfect for me being 6ft6, smaller cubicles make it hard to move about but not here. The beds were nice a soft i - The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk). At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.
