The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! -

The whole concept is fantastic!! The room was gorgeous, like having your own trendy pad in the city! This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

The fact that the staff were focussed on the guests' needs at all times. They were obviously working as a team under the ethos that enthusiasm and professionalism establishes the standard of the hotel - and it worked!
The concept of the hotel was interesting (an eye hospital transformed into a luxury hotel) and that difference added to its charm.

The food was fabulous; the beds were extremely comfortable and the atmosphere was not pretentious or overbearing.
We loved the whole experience.

We used Hotel du Vin as a base for a hen party and enjoyed drinks in the bar, booked Afternoon Tea and a Cocktail Masterclass, along with the accommodation. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for everyone and suited our trip. A lovely weekend and appreciated the little touch of having the Hen's name outside the function room we were using for the Cocktail Masterclass. The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.

you can not get better apartments and we have tryed - Central Location, clean and cosy. Have stayed here for our nov - dec break and xmas shopping every year for past 5 years
