Very friendly staff. I got there after midnight, several hours late
because of consecutive public transport problems, and did not have their
number on me to inform them of my late arrival. The staff member on call
let me in, and was very nice and helpful to me. The building is old but
they try to liven it up with bright colours etc, which creates a
cheerful and vibrant atmosphere. My (private) room was cosy, with a
comfortable bed, clean towels and coffee and tea facilities.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed
anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed
being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and
10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy. With a early check
in at 12 and check out 12 the next day, this was very good value for

This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.

Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

central location - I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel. My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

Superb hotel. Stayed 1 night on a business trip, rooms spotlessly clean, hotel obviously has just been refurbished as everything is brand new.
Location is very central, close to business district and shopping. Staff very friendly, breakfast had a good selection.
