  The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we needed anything. The room was, although tiny, was very clean, with the bed being very comfortable. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the theatre, and 10 mins away from town centre, which was very handy. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. - This hotel is a must if you are staying in Birmingham. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, cosy and clean room, delicious buffet breakast and great location to the city centre. Highly recommended.
