Alex et Stephen sont adorables et très attentionnés envers leurs hôtes (sans oublier le personnel servant le breakfast très attentionné). On se sent très à l'aise dans leur environnement situé dans une rue calme, proche du bord de mer et près des animations du centre ville. We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

Very friendly approachable owners, rooms very well kept, clean and tidy, we had a room that had a refurbished bathroom with a power shower that was excellent. Superb seafront location, could walk to anywhere in 5 mins. Freash homecooked breakfast to order, no warm ups. Would go back anytime, and would recommend them to anyone as simply a great loc

A very large party of 14 adults booked for the first weekend in October. The hotel was excellent, from the very clean rooms to the view to the food and the service!! We cannot fault it at all! We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay.

The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal
to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we
had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we

The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Good location near old pier. Nice old building on the outside. Generally clean, beds made up in day. Bedroom light, but stuffy, windows open fully though. Excellent breakfast. TV ok. Plenty of power points

acceuil - The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be.
