  Friendly owners and really comfy room. The location was perfect - really close to the sea and the town. - could'nt fault a thing - spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, fantastic staff and superb breakfast!!

  The staff have been excellent, except when arriving when they were on a hurry and wanted us to sign and pay without giving us 2 minutes to read the small characters of the T&C's. But other than that, excellent. Flexible about having/not having breakfast until 23:00 the day before. We could leave our bikes in their court, which was fantastic. I recommend this place. - The room was comfortable and spotless, and reasonable size. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable. Abbey Lodge is perfectly positioned for a stroll into town or along the seafront. Bernadotte and her husband were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was exactly as and when requested.

  Helen and William were absolutely fabulous hosts, and it was an utter pleasure to stay at their guest house! The room was clean, well presented, comfortable and had all the little extras we often take for granted (tea, coffee, and chocolates to go with)! Helen was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful, and William makes a fabulous breakfast! Th... ce que les gens disent » ey were both wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be visiting again! - Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too. Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area. I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

  Everything was wonderful! The room was small but the bed was amazing and the interior of the room was very stylish. In the bathroom there was good sized shower and luxury toiletries that is rather not easy at all to find in other places. Adri is the most welcoming lady I've ever met. There was a lot of choices for breakfast and we opt for the classic english and ve - The welcome was warm, with a quick but efficient guide to all of the amenities, we were shown to our room with all the courtesy of a top class guesthouse. The bedroom was fantastic, very clean and tidy, with quite possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time!! Bathroom was small but spotless and everything worked, hot water etc. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the free access to the kitchen drinks and snacks was a welcome respite from the "minibar" set

  Very friendly staff, very knowegable about the surrounding area, transport and eating out. ROom was very clean, and well decorated. We stayed in a small double, description was very accurate, but decent for 1 night stay. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and plenty of. The seafront is massive - Although on the small side, the room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. Lovely big, soft fluffy towels provided as well as a complimentary bottle of water and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was yummy. Short walk into town centre either along the promenade or through town.
