  Very freindly owners, the room was very clean, the shower was supurb and the breakfast was excellent as was the price would recommend 100 per cent and the next time we are in Brighton I definately want to stay at the Christina ! - Nice property, excellent location, nice room with clean white linen and all essentials supplied.   27 is the best Bed & Breakfast I have stayed in. The unique high class decor was very tastefully chosen and suited the high class service from Alan & Ollie. The breakfast was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, there was attention to detail in the rooms, obviously thought about, and the hosts were outstanding. Alan & Ollie ... ce que les gens disent » went above and beyond and it is obvious they enjoy what they do and are proud of their business - and so they should be. I will be recommending anyone - Lovely owners -very friendly, helpful and obliging. They were lovely to chat with and they suggested nice places to eat, gave me taxi details and made up a breakfast pack for me cause I had to leave early and would miss official breakfast. Made the stay really nice. Nice little touches in room too- marshmallows for you hot chocolate was a particular favourite of mine. I phone dock was good too. Would love to return.

  Friendly owners and really comfy room. The location was perfect - really close to the sea and the town. - could'nt fault a thing - spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, fantastic staff and superb breakfast!!

  Helen and William were absolutely fabulous hosts, and it was an utter pleasure to stay at their guest house! The room was clean, well presented, comfortable and had all the little extras we often take for granted (tea, coffee, and chocolates to go with)! Helen was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful, and William makes a fabulous breakfast! Th... ce que les gens disent » ey were both wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be visiting again! - Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too. Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area. I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

  Everything was wonderful! The room was small but the bed was amazing and the interior of the room was very stylish. In the bathroom there was good sized shower and luxury toiletries that is rather not easy at all to find in other places. Adri is the most welcoming lady I've ever met. There was a lot of choices for breakfast and we opt for the classic english and ve - The welcome was warm, with a quick but efficient guide to all of the amenities, we were shown to our room with all the courtesy of a top class guesthouse. The bedroom was fantastic, very clean and tidy, with quite possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a long time!! Bathroom was small but spotless and everything worked, hot water etc. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the free access to the kitchen drinks and snacks was a welcome respite from the "minibar" set

  Everything! communal aera with tea,coffee, water and fruit for guests. You dont have to book in at reception! The beds are spotless and comfortable. The amount of detail that has gone into the design is amazing. The shower was brilliant. the owner was on the end of the phone or came over right away if there were any queries.
