  Brocks is a really lovely Guest house. Four of us stayed in the lovely top floor family room from which you can see the famous Crescent and the Circus. The décor was so pretty throughout the whole house and the attention to detail was amazing. The lounge was beautifully decorated for Christmas complete with a sparkling tree. Karen and Rachel made us feel so wel - We received a warm welcome from Karen and her daughter Rachel. Our room was at the top of the house but well worth the climb. It was exceptional, very clean, very comfortable and the attention to detail was superb. We had a choice of breakfast dishes which were served to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed. The house is in a fantastic position as everything is within easy walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brocks Guest house

  Great little flat - awkward to drive to in the dark, but owner very helpful. Supermarket close by for essentials, and set back from road, so quiet. - Was great to have the control of our time by renting a self contained flat. Was spacious enough for us and very clean and tidy.

  Lovely large room with huge bathroom, the freestanding bath was a really nice feature, the only problem being inadequate lighting in the bedroom area - lovely lamps etc but I couldn't see what I was getting out of my case properly!!. Yes, the stairs are a bit of a nightmare (certainly get you puffing), but they wouldn't stop me staying here again... ce que les gens disent » . Location is great and a good selection to choose from at breakfast - service was a bit haphazard but the food was really nice. We stayed for 2 night - very impressed with johnathon the manager he no's his trade, the breakfast waitress very proffessional and helpful and breakfast very nice and plenty to start you off for the day, the room very nice and comfortable. thankyou very much to the manager johnathon,sally and staff. i would definatly recomend youre hotel to friends and family

  The apartment was warm and clean and the kitchen had everything. We loved having a garage and the car fitted perfectly which we were worried about after one review. The bus into town was outside the hospital very close by. In all we would definitely stay there again.   When we walked into the apartment we were delighted at how beautifully presented it was. It was exceptionally clean and warm (exactly what we needed on a cold Friday night). Decorated superbly, with all the mod-cons one needs, including an iPod docking station! The info pack had everything we needed. Also the wi-fi isn't great because you are underground but no fault of the manage - Location is amazing, and so is the parking available! Had a lovely 3 nights in the apartment. It's such a short walk into the centre of town that There is no need to drive once your there. I recommend taking a trip to the bath spa and also visiting 'All bar one', a great bar by the abbey. Went there for drinks one night, and breakfast, lunch and drinks the next night, and finally another breakfast the next day. There breakfast is superb. And so are their cocktails! I needed a taxi for the morning and they contacted the company the night before to organise it. The room was like as if I was at home.
