  Brocks is a really lovely Guest house. Four of us stayed in the lovely top floor family room from which you can see the famous Crescent and the Circus. The décor was so pretty throughout the whole house and the attention to detail was amazing. The lounge was beautifully decorated for Christmas complete with a sparkling tree. Karen and Rachel made us feel so wel - We received a warm welcome from Karen and her daughter Rachel. Our room was at the top of the house but well worth the climb. It was exceptional, very clean, very comfortable and the attention to detail was superb. We had a choice of breakfast dishes which were served to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed. The house is in a fantastic position as everything is within easy walking distance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brocks Guest house

  Lovely large room with huge bathroom, the freestanding bath was a really nice feature, the only problem being inadequate lighting in the bedroom area - lovely lamps etc but I couldn't see what I was getting out of my case properly!!.   The apartment was warm and clean and the kitchen had everything. We loved having a garage and the car fitted perfectly which we were worried about after one review.   When we walked into the apartment we were delighted at how beautifully presented it was. It was exceptionally clean and warm (exactly what we needed on a cold Friday night). It's such a short walk into the centre of town that There is no need to drive once your there. I recommend taking a trip to the bath spa and also visiting 'All bar one', a great bar by the abbey. Went there for drinks one night, and breakfast, lunch and drinks the next night, and finally another breakfast the next day. There breakfast is superb. And so are their cocktails!
