  The young man who checked both myself and my colleague into the hotel was extremely good at Customer Service. He appreciated that we were two ladies on our own and did not disclose our room vicinity verbally but instead wrote down on a piece of paper exactly where our rooms were located due to the fact that there were 4 gentlemen checking in at th... ce que les gens disent » e same time. The customer service and general politeness of all staff can only be commended (this includes all staff working in the Beefeater Restaura - Helpfulness of staff. Design of room, cleanliness, comfort. Access to bus stop. A bit of a walk, but worth it not to have to drive. Disability friendliness. Although we didn't need the Disability access of our room, it looks as though it was very well designed with no gaps for access.
