We appreciated the airport transport provided and the flexibility to be able to accomodate a change in timing.
We appreciated that the proprietors were responsive to our needs and without our prompting looked ahead to help us plan for a supper venue.

Both Clive and Carmel were very welcoming and accommodating in their approach and nothing seemed too much trouble for them when asked. The only disappointment for us was that leaving so early in the morning we did not get to eat the full English breakfast. I'm sure it would have matched the other high standards, but there's always next time !!!

the attendent came right to the door when I knocked, he knew I had a reservation, he helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, he explained the breakfast, everything went according to plan. I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. They have a good pick up and deli

Location of the Hotel. Close to town but out from the city. Nice way to relax before the flight home.
The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat.
Nice getting a drive to and from the Gatwick Airport. Would stay here again. Good cooked breakfast in the am; plenty to chose from.

Extended parking for several weeks very reasonable to leave one's car. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

guest houses were not my usual places to stay, but now I'll have to reconsider that having been so cordially treated at GH
The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

Owners very helpful & did everything to make us comfortable & welcome during our overnight stay. They also catered for our late arrival & took us to the airport the next morning as well as keeping our car safe onsite for the duration of our holiday. Buffet breakfast was included & we were able to help ourselves to what we wanted..facilities more than adequate.

J'ai téléphonépour que l'on puisse venir nous chercher puisqu'une navette étaitprésente sur cet hôtel. Par téléphone, on m'a dit que c'était noël etqu'il n'y avait pas de navette. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of hot water! - Although we arrived late ,our keys were waiting for us,so no hassle waiting around.Very comfy and clean.Lovely staff,and brekie.Great to have free transport to airport.Would use again.libby scullion

The family who run this guesthouse are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing appears to be a problem with them from booking to arrival to departure. Lovely house, pleasant owners/staff, but above all, the location. Next to Gatwick Airport (but very quiet) and very near local railway station with frequent trains to London (45 min. journey). Also, only a couple of minutes' walk from local shops, pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarket, etc. Ideal for Gatwick flights and visiting the capital without paying London hotel prices, esp. if travelling with children.

l acceuil - informations-amabilite - I stayed at Springwood for 3 nights due to taking exam in the local area. Recieved an upgrade to a double room, which was 100%. Free wireless internet, lovely breakfast. Lift to exam center every day, Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. - Only spent one night. Comfortable and clean room.
