Being so close to Gatwick Airport but yet so peaceful is fantastic. Staff and facilities excellent. will definitely stay here again. One of the best hotels we have enjoyed anywhere in the UK.

Je souhaitais vous écrire car je suis outrée de ce séjour. Nous sommesarrivées le 24 décembre à l'aéroport de gatwick vers 16h. J'ai téléphonépour que l'on puisse venir nous chercher puisqu'une navette étaitprésente sur cet hôtel. Par téléphone, on m'a dit que c'était noël etqu'il n'y avait pas de navette. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of hot water! - Although we arrived late ,our keys were waiting for us,so no hassle waiting around.Very comfy and clean.Lovely staff,and brekie.Great to have free transport to airport.Would use again.libby scullion

I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. They have a good pick up and deli

Lovely house, pleasant owners/staff, but above all, the location. Next to Gatwick Airport (but very quiet) and very near local railway station with frequent trains to London (45 min. journey). Also, only a couple of minutes' walk from local shops, pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarket, etc. Ideal for Gatwick flights and visiting the capital without paying London hotel prices, esp. if travelling with children.

It was close to Gatwick airport and short direct walking distance to Horley town. The early morning taxi transfer was booked for me and arrived on time. The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.

I loved the comfy, cosy environment of a home-style B&B. The delicious tea tray in my room was a lovely addition. I had such a very warm welcome from the owner and their friendly dog. The hosts were vere hospitable & helpful, showing me their garden & where I could walk to, as well as the nearby pub, where I enjoyed a great meal ... The owner set up an early cab for me the next morning and cooked me a lovely breakfast, too!
I'm very satisfied w/ my stay and will recommend it to friends & family ..,

Both Clive and Carmel were very welcoming and accommodating in their approach and nothing seemed too much trouble for them when asked. The only disappointment for us was that leaving so early in the morning we did not get to eat the full English breakfast. I'm sure it would have matched the other high standards, but there's always next time !!!

I liked staying there a lot. I have allergies to perfumed substances
,polish ,toilet duck ..etc. I requested no perfumed products at all even
softners on sheets affect me. So no products were used fab fab fab. The

When the temperature of the room was colder than I was comfortable with
and there was noise from tree work in the back, our host changed our
room immediately to one which was warmer and quieter. He also suggested
an excellent dinner place which was within easy walking distance and
helped in other ways. Breakfast was tasty..although when will the Brits
stop using that 'radiator' toast hangers so the toast is cold
before the cooked part arrives! I would be happy to use Gatwick Turret
Guest House
