Really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very friendly and check-in was very easy. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. TV with loads of channels, tea/coffee, iron, hair-dryer, alarm clock and phone.
Bathrooms usually have bath with shower over but I have had a room with just the shower which is fine for me. Towels are really big and fluffy which earns brownie points from me.
Bar area is comfy and bar staff lovely. Had lunch here which was very tasty altho a bit pricey for a sandwich
I only used restaurant for breakfast

I liked how they sorted out the over booking problem my girlfriend had
persuaded them about a few things but it was sorted with ease didn't

During my booking I added a note to say that I intended to propose during my stay.
When we arrived at the hotel the staff advised that they'd upgraded us to a business class suite on the top floor. The room and the view was fantastic. Champagne was sent up and it set the scene perfectly to pop the question.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

sphThis hotel was ideally located. Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

Wet room was fine didnt have any problems with drainage etc, which I understand some people have had in the past. - The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is extremely modern and opened recently, so everything is new. The location is fantastic - right next to the Central Railway Station and bars of the City Centre.
