  it was just nice guest house , easy going and helpfull, as i fell down and hurt my leg they told me where hospital was and also where we could eat out and opinions about the places too - The owner was very welcoming, we booked in and he offered to help us inwith our luggage.   This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite. If we asked a question with regard to the area we were given honest information.

  what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat... ce que les gens disent » , drinks are very reasonably priced as well. Had a lovely full english in the morning and there were many other items available as well from cereals t - The hotel was very clean. The food offered was excellent. The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel.
