We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room.

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Lovely location in residential area just one street back from promenade and less than 5 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. Owners friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and so was bar meal at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome in hotel. We hope to return again to this lovely hotel. -

The prices are a little higher than some other hotels in the area but definitely worth it in my opinion for the friendly service, comfortable rooms and the cleanliness throughout.

Whole hotel was great, clean and tidy my room had a new bathroom fitted and i was very impressed. Beds were very conformable and room was furnished well. The breakfasts were amazing and the owners made me and my young daughter feel very much at home. I will definitely been returning.

We booked terrys guese house end of september for my birthday, at first by looking at the B&b u wouldn't think much but once we got in side and met terry he was a lovely friendly man! Our room was really nice and we felt very comfortable! If we was to ever go blackpool again would love to stay there, very good price .. :) :) - room for the night

Everything! Room was clean, staff were very friendly and made sure we always had everything we needed. First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again
