This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite. If we asked a question with regard to the area we were given honest information.

what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat

The hotel was very clean.
The food offered was excellent.
The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate,
and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room.

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

Very friendly couple! The room was a large family room which was comfortable and spacious for all 4 of us! Modern and clean and was worth the money paid! Very helpful & friendly owners! Due to traffic we didn't get to check in until 11, and had to leave early in the morning, very kind lady (didn't get her name) waited for us to arrive, then made sure we got an early breakfast & called us a cab in the morning. The room was just what we needed, tea making facilities, comfy beds, nice hot shower. Excellent value as well.

he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids
if they wanted a juice from the bar. He was genuine. Also has a nice
