It was easy to find.The proprietress and staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (both carnivore and vegetarian). It lived up to a 4* B&B rating.

could ever hope to meet, my 87 year old mother had a disabled buggy and
he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids
if they wanted a juice from the bar. He was genuine. Also has a nice
indoor pool which kids loved. -

what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat

The food offered was excellent.
The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate,
and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool. I stayed with 6 friends for one night and couldn't fault it. Having travelled plenty and stayed at top hotels I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and figured it would be somewhere that I would have to grin and bare for one evening. How wrong I was. The place was spotless. T

we could not find a fault with anything in the guest house maria who runs it could not have been nicer she attended to our every need when we arrived she greeted us in the car park it was not full so she even gave us an extra room at no extra cost which made our stay a lot more comfortable for a family of four herself and bill put on a lovely breakfast every morning for ourselves and the other guests i would recommend it 100%
