My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful.   The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable....
