  If you are searching for an excellent B&B for your trip to Bangor, stay at the Shelleven Guest House. The owners, Philip and Mary, are classy four star people. For any questions we had about the area, they knew or found the answers. We were treated very specially, but were given our space in the guest house. The guest house is located on a quiet road, well decorated, and extrem - My friend and I spent 4 nights at Shelleven Guest House. We found it to be comfortable and well-appointed, with a delicious breakfast menu. The owners, Mary and Phillip, couldn't have been more accommodating ... they even drove us to the train station when we left. The location is excellent, and we enjoyed the walk along the seaside promenade to restaurants for dinner so lovely ... a highlight of our stay in Ireland.
